Create The Standard
It is our mission to establish the standards that all youth sports complexes and organizations must chase. We challenge our staff to be involved with our community in a positive way, giving back as much as possible. We challenge our players to set the standard with their behavior, work ethic and attitude. We expect our parents and fans to uphold these standards both inside and away from the PTP Complex and lead their families by example.

Develop Future Leaders
Not every kid is going to be a Major League Baseball player or play college sports. Our coaches have a duty to ensure our players are developing their skills, both on and off the field. We expect our players to be good students, good citizens, good athletes and develop leadership skills well beyond the field.

Nobody can guarantee outcomes. We realize that the quality of an outcome begins with every player being given an equal opportunity. Our scholarship partnerships ensure that talented players will be given the same opportunity to represent Protect The Plate, regardless of economic situation, race, color or religion.

Make Veterans Great Again
We are Texans and Texans support those who support us. Our MVGA program prioritizes the hiring of those who defended our right to freedom and served in the United States Military.

Eat Healthy, Stay Healthy
Staying healthy and preventing long-term medical illnesses starts with eating healthy. The Plate Restaurant is farm-to-table, healthy and uses locally-sourced ingredients.
Our concession stands offer healthy choice options, without processed foods and dyes.

Environmentally Conscious
The complex is engineered to give back to the environment as much as we remove. Rain water is diverted to Spring Mill creek. We use deep wells to virtually eliminate the drain on the water supply of West Texas. Solar energy is used to minimize the drain on the Texas power grid.
