Respect

The concept of respect defines everything we expect at Protect The Plate.  This starts with how you interact with your parents and siblings, as this demonstrates how you will treat others.  PTP Prospects must respect their teammates, opponents, fans, our staff, our facility and their equipment in order to maintain an active position on our roster.   Sportsmanship is a demonstration of respect.

Accountability

You will be held accountable for your actions - behavior, work ethic, education, dress code.

Hard Work

Being successful in anything takes hours, days and years of effort.   We expect our Prospects to hustle and work hard on the field, off the field and in the classroom.   When you choose to play at ProtectThePlate, you choose to be dedicated to your individual improvement, your team and your education.

Setbacks and losses happen.   Prospects learn from them, overcome them and maintain a positive attitude.
